Well:
We use our Samsung BD-P2550, as a basic DVD player for our HDTV Samsung (both can be controlled by a remote control). DVD-Video quality is very good Blue-ray have not tried yet but everyone says that stellar. By far the most innovative feature and one that we seem to use most is the free streaming video using an account with Netflix. We have a good broadband connection, so that the Netflix streaming quality is comparable to the DVD rental. Netflix selection is varied and growing, so you always have something you want to view and select immediately from the nature boy / cartoons for the movies that you never find in the theater. We have the BD-P2550 BD-P2500, because it has the Pandora internet radio. This is a useful feature, something that we have on our desktop all the time. It 'nice to our staff' radio play 'in HDTV, but we do not use Pandora a lot.

Pio51 I bought through Amazon and arrived about 10 days. So far I am quite satisfied with his performance audio and video. I use the drive in a 2.1 system (Dali Euphonia MS-4) with an older Denon receiver (AVR-3805), no HDMI, so I'm running HDMI directly to our Sony 60 "SXRD screen. J 'I Pio51 connected to Denon via analog connections for high quality in order to benefit from treatment beyond Pio51 Wolfson DAC. I'm still a bit 'of tweaking and tuning to be done in Pio51 to optimize the audio, but now they have been very impressed by his performance . We hope that Pioneer will offer DTS-MA processed by an update, which complement the Pio51 ability to process and decode all the latest audio codecs, though this promise, "" apparently experienced several delays.

Finally, a Blu Ray that there is no need to wait for what seems like one hours to recharge with great features too. This loads baby in a few seconds (not like my original Sony up to 3 minutes) and I love the added features, such as wireless streaming, Pandora radio, and of course Netflix. Buy and you will not be disappointed.

If the value of your mind, do not buy this player. Google blu ray Sharp "and" incompatible disc "or" update firmware "and see the extent of the problem. This player is a nasty scar on the face of Blu-Ray industry. Try a Sony Reader instead.
